Rugby league & footy training in the ACT
The ACT is small, but it is a rugby league city and a footy city at once, with a senior pathway in both. Pick your code below.
Your first month is free, with nothing to pay today. Then A$24.99/month, cancel any time. On the App Store and Google Play.
Canberra has a real pathway in two codes. In rugby league, the Canberra Raiders field SG Ball Cup (under-19) and Harold Matthews Cup teams, and the Monaro Colts play the regional Laurie Daley (under-18) and Andrew Johns (under-16) Cups. In footy, AFL Canberra runs community football across the ACT and southern NSW, and the Canberra region sits in the GWS GIANTS Academy zone, with trials held in the ACT.

Each guide covers the pathway, the competitions and how to set the program up for Canberra’s season and climate.
What you start with, by the month you join
Every block is four weeks — three building, one deload — so a free month is one complete block.
Shown for rugby league. The AFL program runs its own calendar.
Coaching a side in ACT?
A club licence is one flat monthly price for the whole squad — from A$119.99 for up to 60 players — and every player on it gets full Train Smart membership at no cost to them. You write the block once, it lands in each player’s app, and the console shows who actually did it.
