Every player on a real program. For A$8 a month.
A desktop console for the person who ends up responsible for the club’s strength and conditioning — usually someone who is also coaching, also running the committee, and also has a job. Program a whole squad, see who needs you on Monday, and give every player an individual plan that runs when they are nowhere near the club.
30 days free. No card to start. Minimum 5 seats after that.
One program for forty people
A community club’s strength program has to be written for the middle of the squad, because it is one program for forty people. That means it is too much for the 16-year-old and not enough for the 28-year-old who has been lifting for a decade — and it cannot account for the three players coming back from knees.
It also stops at the door. What a player does in the three sessions a week they are not at the club is the majority of their training, and it is invisible to you.
The alternative has always been a full-time S&C coach, which most community clubs cannot fund. This is the version that costs less than the tape budget.
What you actually get
This week
The Monday board: who trained, who did not, who is carrying something, and who needs a conversation before Saturday. The screen you open first.
Squad
Every player, their program, their compliance, their testing history and their availability — in one list you can sort.
Programs & blocks
Build a block, set its phase, and assign it to a squad. Your declared block overrides the app’s season guess for every player in it.
Sessions
Write your own sessions with a shared exercise index, and push them into players’ apps.
Availability & breaks
Who is away, who is injured, who is on a break — tracked rather than remembered.
Testing
Run a testing day, record the squad, and get benchmarks with minimum-detectable-change thresholds so you know which improvements are real.
You stop guessing what happened between sessions
This is the part that changes how a club is coached. Two streams feed the console, and the athlete controls both.
Their watch. With the athlete's explicit permission, sleep, heart-rate variability, resting and session heart rate, workouts and daily activity leave the phone and become recovery and training trends you can actually see. That is how you notice a player is not responding to a block in week two rather than week six.
The program itself. Because the app prescribed the session — sets, reps and a weight — it knows what was supposed to happen. Logged load, reps and RPE sit next to the plan. Most tools store a tick and can only tell you "completed"; this can tell you whether it was done at the intensity the block asked for.
| Signal | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Compliance | Did the prescribed work actually happen — as a fraction of what the block asked for. |
| Prescribed vs actual | Was it done at the right intensity, or just ticked off. |
| Training load | Is this week far above what this player is conditioned for. |
| Readiness trend | Is recovery trending down over days — not one bad morning. |
| Pain & soreness | Which way the rehab check-ins are going, and where they reported soreness. |
| Days since a session | Who has quietly stopped training. |
Every signal produces a flag that says what to do about it, ranked so injury risk is seen before a missed fortnight. The full picture of what a coach sees →

It is eight dollars a player a month. For a squad of forty that is $320 a month, and every player gets an individual program, injury rehab and testing — which we currently do not provide at all.
One flat rate, every seat, no volume bands, deliberately. A coach who cannot check the number in their head does not trust it, and a price a coach cannot defend does not get approved.
The first 30 days are free, and the clock starts when the club is created rather than when you first invite a player — because a pre-season block is the only honest way to judge this and that takes weeks.
What staff can and cannot see
Players share by category, and they control it. This matters more than it sounds — a squad that does not trust the reporting stops logging, and then the console shows you nothing.
- Training
- Whether sessions were completed, and the loads logged against them.
- Availability
- Whether a player is available, away, or on a break.
- Testing
- Results from club testing days, and squad benchmarks.
- Rehab
- Injury status and post-session soreness — shared only under this category, never by default.
- Health & recovery
- Sleep, HRV, resting and session heart rate, workouts and activity — but only where the player has switched on the coach purpose specifically, and only for staff the club has explicitly granted health access.
- Never shared
- Nutrition, personal messages, location, and any health category the player has not granted. Team-mates never see sleep, heart rate or recovery at all.
